Commercial signs & channel letters. Permit-handled, ready to mount.

Illuminated channel letters, lit cabinet signs, pylon and monument signs, blade signs, and full storefront identity programs — designed, fabricated, permit-handled, and installed across the NY/NJ metro.

01  — WHAT WE OFFER

Every category of commercial sign.

We design, fabricate, and install the full range of exterior and interior commercial signs — from a single channel letter set on a storefront to a multi-location signage rollout coordinated across municipalities.

+

Illuminated Channel Letters

Front-lit, back-lit (halo), and edge-lit channel letters in aluminum or stainless steel returns. LED-illuminated with UL-listed components and proper sealing for outdoor longevity.

+

Light Box & Cabinet Signs

Single- or double-faced lit cabinets in aluminum frames with translucent acrylic or polycarbonate faces. Sized and mounted to your facility specs.

+

Pylon & Monument Signs

Free-standing pylon signs and ground-mounted monument signs — concrete-anchored, code-compliant, with optional internal illumination and tenant panels.

+

Blade & Projecting Signs

Wall-mounted projecting signs in metal, acrylic, or composite. Often used for retail and hospitality storefronts where pedestrian visibility matters more than driver visibility.

+

Dimensional Letters & Logos

CNC-routed acrylic, PVC, and metal lettering for interior lobby signs, donor walls, and exterior fascia. Pin-mounted, flush-mounted, or stud-mounted as the application requires.

+

ADA & Wayfinding Signs

ADA-compliant interior signage with raised lettering and Grade II Braille, plus complete wayfinding systems for office buildings, healthcare facilities, and multi-tenant properties.

02  — OUR PROCESS

Sign installation, the way it should be sequenced.

Commercial signage involves more variables than most clients expect — permits, electrical, structural, and aesthetic. Our process exists to make sure none of them surprise you.

STEP 01

Site Survey

On-site measurement, surface assessment, and identification of any structural or electrical considerations before design begins.

STEP 02

Design & Mockup

Scaled mockups showing your sign in context, with material specs, mounting details, and illumination plan.

STEP 03

Permit Handling

We file the sign permit with the relevant municipality, manage variance applications if needed, and handle inspections on your behalf.

STEP 04

Fabrication

In-house and partner fabrication of letters, cabinets, and substrates. Quality-controlled before any sign leaves the shop.

STEP 05

Install & Sign-off

Professional installation with proper electrical hookup where applicable, final inspection, and warranty documentation.

03  — MATERIALS

Materials and components built to outlast the storefront.

We default to commercial-grade aluminum, UL-listed LED components, and weather-rated electrical hardware on every exterior installation. The shortcut materials some shops use to win on price are why their work needs replacement in three years.

Aluminum Channel Letter Returns

Pre-finished aluminum coil in standard 3", 5", and 8" depths. Powder-coat finish in any RAL color. Welded corners for structural integrity.

GE Tetra MAX LED Modules

UL-listed LED modules with 50,000+ hour rated life. Dimmable, color-stable, and uniform brightness across letter face.

Acrylic & Polycarbonate Faces

Cell-cast acrylic for face-lit applications. Polycarbonate for impact-prone locations. Translucent vinyl overlays for color matching to brand.

Aluminum Cabinet Construction

0.080" aluminum sheet with structural framing. Welded seams, water-tight construction, and proper drainage on all exterior cabinets.

Stainless Steel Hardware

Stainless mounting hardware on all exterior installations. Galvanized substrates rust through; stainless does not.

Sealed Junction Boxes

NEMA-rated weatherproof junction boxes with proper conduit fittings. Electrical work to NEC standards, inspected on installation.

05  — FAQs

What clients ask before commissioning a sign.

Do I need a permit, and will you handle it? +

Almost certainly yes — nearly every municipality requires a sign permit for any exterior commercial signage. Some require permits for interior signage too.

We handle the permit application, drawings, and inspection coordination as a standard part of our scope. The permit fee itself is typically billed at cost. Variance applications (if your sign exceeds municipal sign code limits) are scoped separately.

How long does a channel letter project take? +

From signed approval to installed: typically 4–6 weeks. The permit process is usually the longest stage (2–4 weeks depending on municipality). Fabrication runs about 2 weeks. Installation itself is typically a half-day to a full day for most storefronts.

What’s the difference between channel letters and a cabinet sign? +

Channel letters are individual three-dimensional letters mounted directly to the building, each illuminated internally. They have a higher-end commercial feel and are required by some municipal sign codes.

A cabinet (or "box") sign is a single rectangular illuminated cabinet with the brand printed on a translucent face. They’re less expensive, faster to install, and sometimes the only option for certain building types — but they’re generally a lower-tier visual presentation.

Can you match my exact brand colors? +

Yes. Provide Pantone numbers, vector files, or physical color samples. We match using printed translucent vinyl overlays for illuminated signage and powder-coat or paint matching for non-illuminated metal components. Color-matched mockups are part of the design phase.

Do you service signs after install? +

Yes. We carry written warranties on materials and workmanship, and we offer ongoing service contracts for sign maintenance — LED replacement, face cleaning, repair after storm or vehicle damage. Larger commercial properties typically engage us on quarterly or semi-annual maintenance schedules.
