Vector preferred (PDF with fonts outlined, AI, or EPS) for any artwork that includes type, logos, or hard-edged graphics. Vector scales without quality loss.
For photographic content, high-resolution PDF or TIFF at 150–300 DPI at final print size. JPEGs work but with compression artifacts. PNG with transparency is acceptable.
If you have a Canva, PowerPoint, or PNG mockup but no print-ready file, our pre-press team can usually rebuild it — ask before assuming we can’t use what you have.
Yes, when properly installed. 13oz outdoor vinyl is rated for 2+ years of UV exposure with minimal fade. The most common reason for early failure is improper mounting — banners need to be tensioned, not flapping in the wind, and grommets need to be reinforced. We can install on-site if you don’t have a mounting plan.
Yes for many substrates — wood panels, metal sheets, foam, magnetic, and specialty media. We need to test compatibility first, but we frequently print on client-supplied materials for custom applications. Send a sample.
